Kerala BJP President Rajeev Chandrashekhar has brought to light what he calls widespread dissatisfaction in the Dharmadam Assembly constituency, represented by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. During a recent 'mega adalat' organized by the BJP-led NDA, Chandrashekhar reported receiving over 3,000 complaints from residents.
Chandrashekhar alleged that despite Vijayan's decade-long stewardship of the constituency, fundamental issues such as housing, drinking water, and road connectivity remain unaddressed. He argued that this undermines claims of Kerala being free from extreme poverty.
The BJP leader mentioned that the slogan 'Mathiyayi ee MLA; maattam thudangam' is gaining traction as a symbol of the demand for political change. Chandrashekhar assured that the BJP would earnestly work to resolve these grievances and improve governance in the constituency.
