BJP President Nitin Nabin engaged in pivotal discussions with a delegation from Japan's Liberal Democratic Party, led by policy research council chairperson Kobayashi Takayuki. The meeting, held at the BJP headquarters, emphasized strengthening India-Japan partnerships and party engagement through structured dialogue.

The exchange highlighted the deep-rooted cultural and civilisational links between the nations, with particular focus on joint initiatives like the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail. BJP’s Vijay Chauthaiwale noted the growth in relations under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership.
