Russian government should take additional measures to offset the consequences of Ukrainian strikes on Russian civilian infrastructure, President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday.
Speaking at a government meeting, Putin said Ukraine was targeting civilian facilities as it loses territory, adding that the strikes are aimed at disrupting energy supplies and the tourist season in Russia.
