Tragic Boulder Fall in Thane: Man Killed, Wife Injured

In a tragic incident in Maharashtra's Thane district, a 35-year-old man lost his life after a boulder fell on his house Monday morning. Officials reported that the accident occurred around 6 a.m. at Mouje Wadi in the Malanggad hill area.

The boulder caused severe injuries to the man and his 30-year-old wife. Both were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, the man succumbed to his injuries during treatment, while his wife is currently receiving medical care.

The deceased has been identified as Gulam Badshah Sayyed. Authorities are investigating the incident, and further updates are awaited from the district collector's office.
