China Expresses Condolences for Kerala Landslide Victims

The landslides have claimed the lives of 158 people, including 18 children, and injured over 200 others. Rescue operations are ongoing, with the casualty numbers expected to rise.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian confirmed in a media briefing that no Chinese nationals were reported among the casualties, according to checks by the Chinese Embassy in India.
