The township, sprawling over 40 acres, signifies a strategic endeavor with a revenue potential of Rs 1,100 crore. According to Della's chairman, Jimmy Mistry, themed developments can enhance builder receivables by 40%.

Della's ambition does not end here; with plans to sign up for 10 themed townships, it aims for a revenue potential of Rs 20,000 crore by FY26. The expansive project near Pune's IT hub Hinjewadi will feature a 300-room resort, diverse venues, and an 8-acre racecourse, while similar innovative ventures are on the horizon across various Indian cities.
