Tragic Lightning Strike Claims Life of Farmer in Jharkhand
A 32-year-old woman, Guni Singh Sardar, was killed by lightning in East Singhbhum, Jharkhand, while tending her crops. Despite being rushed to MGM Hospital, she was declared dead on arrival. Sardar was the mother of two young children, according to Boram police officials.

A fatal lightning strike claimed the life of a 32-year-old woman in Jharkhand's East Singhbhum district on Tuesday, according to a police official.
Identified as Guni Singh Sardar, the victim was working in her fields when heavy rain and thunderstorms hit Chunadih village under the Boram police jurisdiction.
She was immediately taken to MGM Hospital, where doctors confirmed her death upon arrival. Sardar was a mother to two minor children, stated Manoranjan Kumar, the officer-in-charge of Boram police station.
