Addressing the inaugural Emerging Science, Technology and Innovation Conclave, Modi stressed the importance of private investments in this transformative domain.
The prime minister introduced a Rs one lakh crore Research, Development, and Innovation Fund at the event, designed to galvanize private sector interest and investment in research and development. He highlighted this as a pivotal step in unlocking new opportunities and benefiting the broader public.
Modi underscored the government's targeted reforms to create a conducive ecosystem for innovation, including streamlined financial and procurement regulations.
