Tvesa Malik is set to lead the Indian contingent at this week's Dutch Ladies Open held at Hilversumsche Golf Club. Accompanying her are Vani Kapoor and Ridhima Dilawari, as top Indian star Diksha Dagar is taking a break ahead of the Olympic Games in Paris.

The Dutch Ladies Open, featuring a 300,000 Euro prize, is the final LET event before the Olympics, where Aditi Ashok and Diksha Dagar will represent India.

Tvesa, a former Hero Order of Merit winner, has regained her LET Tour card through a pre-qualifier in Asia last year and subsequent invitations. She’s seen a resurgence in form, notably with a T-10 finish at the Dormy Open and a play-off loss at the VP Bank Swiss Open.

In nine starts, Tvesa has missed just two cuts and is entering this week’s tournament with significant confidence. In contrast, Vani Kapoor has faced struggles this season, missing half the cuts in 10 starts without securing a Top-10 finish. Ridhima Dilawari, with limited starts, has made three cuts in five appearances.

Local star Anne Van Dam, who finished 44th at last week’s Amundi Evian Championship, is part of a strong field, looking forward to a summer filled with top-tier events, including two majors, the Olympics, the Scottish Open, and the Dutch Ladies Open.

This week’s event at Hilversumsche Golf Club promises a unique challenge due to recent rainfall affecting the course conditions.
