In a brewing selection battle, India assistant coach Ryan ten Doeschate has disclosed that KL Rahul and Sarfaraz Khan are contending for a spot in the second Test against New Zealand.
Despite Sarfaraz's impressive 150-run innings in the previous Test, head coach Gautam Gambhir remains supportive of Rahul, favoring to extend his stint in the playing XI.
