The World Tennis League (WTL) returns for its third season, promising an electrifying blend of tennis and live music from December 19th to 22nd, 2024, at Abu Dhabi's Etihad Arena. This year's lineup boasts 16 players across four teams, headlined by top international names such as Nick Kyrgios, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Iga Swiatek, Aryna Sabalenka, and Daniil Medvedev. Notably, Sumit Nagal also marks his return to the event.
In a unique twist, the league will offer daily performances from global music icons, including Bryan Adams, Akon, Sean Paul, and Anastacia, aligning sports and entertainment in a seamless spectacle. Enhancing the fan experience, the WTL introduces a 'Kids Watch For Free' initiative, allowing entry for up to four children with every discounted adult ticket purchased.
The previous season of the WTL drew over 20,000 attendees and was broadcast live in more than 125 countries, establishing a solid reputation as a global gala. With a full roster featuring women's top contenders like Iga Swiatek and Aryna Sabalenka and men's stalwarts such as Daniil Medvedev and Andrey Rublev, the stage is set for another grand event. This dual exhibition of athletic prowess and musical brilliance aims to inspire young enthusiasts and cement the WTL's status as a premier international occasion.
