In a bid to promote health and wellness, Union Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya's 'Sundays on Cycle' initiative has taken the nation by storm. Since its inception last December, the movement has engaged over two lakh cyclists across 4,000 locations.

Closely aligned with the Fit India Movement, this programme is organized in partnership with the Cycling Federation of India and MY Bharat, reaching as far as Jammu & Kashmir to Tamil Nadu, and Kolkata to Aurangabad, advocating a message of a drug-free, fit India.

Significant support has come from major institutions like the Indian Army and prominent sports figures, pushing themes against obesity and pollution while promoting fitness. Future editions aim to involve diverse groups including government employees, women, and children.
