Match-by-match facts and statistics ahead of round 38 of the Premier League on May 12 (all games at 1400 GMT): Sunday, May 12

Brighton & Hove Albion v Manchester City *A win for Manchester City will give them their fourth Premier League title and they would become the first team to defend the crown since Manchester United in 2008-09.

*Brighton have never won a top-flight match against reigning champions in 11 attempts (D2 L9). They have not won a league match since early March (D3 L5). *City have won their last 13 league matches and have kept a clean sheet in six of their last seven games.

*Brighton forward Glenn Murray scored his 200th senior goal last weekend but has not scored at home since December, a run of 12 games. *No team who were top of the table on the final day of the season has lost the title in the Premier League era.

Liverpool v Wolverhampton Wanderers *Liverpool (94 points) must beat Wolves and hope Man City (95 points) lose at Brighton to win their first ever Premier League trophy and their 19th title in the top flight.

*Wolves have picked up 16 points against top six sides, beating Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur this season. *Liverpool are unbeaten in their last 39 home matches in the Premier League. They have drawn only twice at Anfield this season.

*Wolves have secured seventh place in the standings and could potentially qualify for the Europa League. *Liverpool's Sadio Mane has scored 16 goals at home this season, more than any other player in the league.

Burnley v Arsenal *Burnley have lost their last nine games against Arsenal in all competitions. Their last victory over the Gunners was a 2-0 win in the League Cup in 2008.

*Arsenal have picked up only four points from their last six games to drop out of the top four. *Burnley have lost seven of their last 11 games, winning three.

*Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (20 goals) is two goals behind Liverpool's Mohamed Salah in the Golden Boot race. He grabbed a brace in the reverse fixture in December. *Arsenal have not lost on the final day of the season since 2005, winning on the last seven occasions in a row.

Crystal Palace v Bournemouth *Bournemouth, who won the reverse fixture 2-1, are looking to do the league double over Palace for the first time in the Premier League.

*Palace have won more points in away matches (29) than at home (17) this season. Only relegated Huddersfield Town have a poorer record at home (9 points). *Bournemouth have scored eight goals in their last two away games (W1 D1). Both matches were against fellow south-coast clubs Southampton and Brighton.

*This is the first time two Palace players -- Luka Milivojevic (12 goals) and Wilfried Zaha (10 goals) -- have reached double figures for goals in the Premier League. *Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson has been involved in 10 goals in his last 10 league matches (six goals and four assists).

Fulham v Newcastle United *Fulham have won three of their last four games after their relegation was confirmed.

*Newcastle have lost eight of their last nine matches against Fulham. Their last win came in December 2007. *Fulham have the worst defensive record in the Premier League but kept three clean sheets in their last three wins.

*Newcastle's top scorer Ayoze Perez has scored five of his 11 goals in his last four matches. *Newcastle have won only one of their last 10 away matches (D4 L5).

Leicester City v Chelsea *Chelsea are the only Premier League side not to have a player sent off this season.

*Leicester have had a player sent off five times, the most number of red cards dished out to a club this season. *Chelsea have already secured a top-four spot to qualify for the Champions League next season.

*Chelsea have kept only one clean sheet in their last 13 away games. *No player has been involved in more Premier League goals than Chelsea's Eden Hazard (16 goals and 15 assists).

Manchester United v Cardiff City *United have won only two league games since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was appointed a permanent manager (D2 L3), failing to qualify for the Champions League as a result.

*Cardiff became the third and final team to be relegated last weekend after their sixth defeat in seven games. *United are unbeaten in 15 of their last 16 home league matches, losing only to Manchester City last month.

*Paul Pogba had nine goals and seven assists in his first 14 games in all competitions under Solskjaer but has scored only two goals (both penalties) in his last 14 appearances. *United have kept only two clean sheets at home in the league this season, their lowest tally in the Premier League.

Tottenham Hotspur v Everton *Tottenham have lost seven of their last 11 games to drop to fourth in the standings.

*Tottenham need only a draw to secure a top four spot. *Everton have won five of their last seven matches and kept a clean sheet in eight of their last 10.

*Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen has scored in each of his last three matches against Everton. *Everton's Theo Walcott has five goals and four assists against Tottenham.

Southampton v Huddersfield Town *Relegated Huddersfield snapped an eight-game losing streak with a 1-1 draw against Manchester United last weekend.

*Southampton have never lost to Huddersfield in the Premier League (W1 D2). Their last loss was in League One (third-tier) in October 2010. *Huddersfield, whose goal difference is -54, is set to become the second team to finish a Premier League season with a goal difference worse than -50 (Derby County finished with -69 in 2007-08).

*Striker Shane Long has scored in Southampton's last three home games. *No Premier League team has had more goal scorers than Southampton this season (16 different goal scorers).

Watford v West Ham United *No Premier League team has been cautioned more than Watford this season (76 yellow cards).

*West Ham's Michail Antonio has been involved in more goals against Watford than any other team in his career (six goals and two assists). *Watford, 10th in the standings, have picked up only four points from their last five games (W1 D1). A win will guarantee their first ever top-half finish in the Premier League.

*West Ham have won only one of their last nine away games (D1 L7), a 1-0 win at Tottenham. *Watford are looking to do the league double over West Ham for the first time after winning the reverse fixture 2-0.
