Bhavish Aggarwal, founder of Ola, is determined to position India at the forefront of the global tech wave, particularly in AI and electric vehicles (EV). Speaking at PTI headquarters, he emphasized the necessity for the private sector to take charge in job creation while the government creates a supportive environment.

Aggarwal endorsed government incentives for global EV makers, stressing that attracting international investments is crucial for India's EV ecosystem. He highlighted Ola Electric's mission to transform India into a global EV hub, focusing on locally-relevant products.

Highlighting AI's potential, Aggarwal argued for AI models built on Indian data, to address local needs. He reassured that AI would amplify productivity rather than replace jobs. Aggarwal urged for a focus on future technologies to ensure India remains competitive on the global stage.
