Jio Leads Global Mobile Data Market: Insights from RIL's AGM

India has emerged as the largest data market globally, with Jio at the forefront, boasting 490 million customers using over 30 GB of data monthly. In his speech at RIL's AGM, Mukesh Ambani highlighted Jio's 8% share in global mobile traffic and the company’s notable advancements in 5G and 6G technology.

During RIL's 47th annual general meeting, Ambani revealed that Jio contributes to nearly 8% of global mobile data traffic, surpassing key operators worldwide, even in advanced markets.

Ambani also emphasized Jio's milestones, including filing 350 patents in 5G and 6G technology, underscoring Jio's pivotal role in driving technological innovation.
