ASUS has set its sights on becoming India's top PC brand, with an ambitious target of securing a 25-30% market share within the next two years. Key to this strategy is aggressive retail expansion, including a significant increase in exclusive stores across both urban and rural areas.

According to Arnold Su, Vice President of Consumer & Gaming PC at ASUS India, the company's market share has already tripled from 6.3% in 2017 to 17.8% in 2023, making it the country's second-largest consumer notebook brand. Su outlined plans to reach 600 out of 750 districts in India, marking a substantial increase from their current presence in over 400 districts.

ASUS is also keen on minimizing the gap between product launches in Indian and global markets, emphasizing India's importance as a priority market. Additionally, the company has introduced select stores for refurbished PCs to cater to a wider audience.
