Ares Management Corp, an alternative investment manager, announced the launch of Marq Logistics, a new brand designed to unify its global logistics real estate platforms. This strategic initiative will consolidate over 600 million square feet of logistics facilities across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific under a single banner.

The creation of Marq Logistics integrates various platforms, including Ares Industrial Management in North America and Europe, alongside the global GLP logistics platform outside China, acquired by Ares earlier this year. This move showcases Ares' ability to deliver consistent and top-notch logistics solutions through its combined scale and expertise.

With $595 billion in assets under management and approximately $110 billion in real estate assets managed as of September 30, Ares Management Corp continues to reinforce its standing as a leader in the logistics real estate sector by rebranding and streamlining its global operations.
