Netradyne, a leader in AI-driven fleet safety and performance solutions, has announced the acquisition of Moove Connected Mobility, a European fleet intelligence company. Although the purchase price remains undisclosed, the acquisition will integrate Moove into Netradyne Europe, serving as a pivotal hub for sales, partnerships, and regional development.

The strategic acquisition is expected to expedite Netradyne's growth across Europe, allowing the company to stay closely connected to its regional customers, regulators, and partners. Netradyne's expansion underscores its commitment to making Europe a strategic focus in its long-term global roadmap.

Avneesh Agrawal, CEO and Co-Founder of Netradyne, sees the fusion of Moove's regional strengths and Netradyne's AI capabilities as a unique synergy for scaling European fleet operations. The move also enhances Netradyne's capacity to deliver a cohesive, AI-fortified fleet management platform to clients worldwide, including North America and Asia. As part of the integration, Jeroen Bruinooge, former CEO of Moove, has been appointed as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Europe at Netradyne.
