CJ Darcl Expands Footprint with Major IndoSpace Leasing in Karnataka

CJ Darcl Logistics Ltd has leased over 1.25 lakh sq ft of warehousing space in IndoSpace's industrial park in Karnataka. This nine-year lease enhances CJ Darcl’s capabilities across multiple logistics modes. IndoSpace’s Grade A facilities provide CJ Darcl the infrastructure needed for growth in key Indian markets.

CJ Darcl Logistics Ltd has significantly expanded its warehousing capacity by leasing over 1.25 lakh square feet of space in IndoSpace's industrial and logistics park in Narasapura, Karnataka. This strategic move aims to bolster CJ Darcl’s already extensive logistics network over the next nine years.

IndoSpace, renowned for its development of Grade A industrial and logistics real estate, operates 52 logistics parks spanning 58 million square feet across 11 cities. The Narasapura park, situated 54 kilometers from Bengaluru, is a pivotal hub in IndoSpace’s network.

Rajesh Jaggi, Vice Chairman of Real Estate at The Everstone Group, emphasized the mutual benefits of the collaboration. ''This alliance not only underscores our shared commitment to excellence but also strategically positions CJ Darcl to leverage IndoSpace's expansive reach in key consumption and manufacturing hubs across India,'' Jaggi said.
