Tragic Road Accident Claims Four Lives in Chandrapur

Four young men lost their lives in a tragic road accident when their vehicle rammed into a stationary truck in Chandrapur district, Maharashtra, police reported on Tuesday.

The fatal collision occurred on Monday night on Gadchandur-Chandrapur road as five men from Jiwti tehsil were returning to their village.

According to a police officer, the car's driver did not spot the truck, which had broken down and was parked on the roadside, leading to the deadly accident. The deceased are identified as Suraj Gavhale (22), Sunil Kizgir (27), Akash Pendir (22), and Shreyash Patil. Another passenger, Ajay Gaikwad, sustained serious injuries. Investigations are ongoing.
