Odisha's Global Investment Drive Yields Promising Results
Odisha's Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi reported fruitful discussions with diplomats from 34 countries to attract investments in new sectors. Focusing on petrochemicals, IT, and green energy, the state aims for a Rs 5 lakh crore investment over five years, highlighting its strategic location and resources at the upcoming 'Make in Odisha Conclave 2025'.
Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi announced on Thursday that discussions with representatives from 34 countries were successful, aiming to secure international investments for the state.
The meeting in New Delhi saw engagement from countries including Indonesia, Norway, and the US, attending to explore opportunities in diverse sectors like semi-conductors and IT.
Majhi emphasized Odisha's dynamic industrial landscape, highlighting the state's strategic advantages and inviting participation in the 'Make in Odisha Conclave 2025' to further solidify global partnerships.
