Madhya Pradesh Anchors India’s First GCC Policy

Madhya Pradesh launches India's first Global Capability Centre policy, aiming to decentralize business hubs beyond metro cities. Targeting IT, finance, engineering, and emerging tech, the policy offers incentives for capital expenditure, payroll, and R&D. The initiative seeks to attract over 50 GCCs and create 37,000 jobs.

Madhya Pradesh has positioned itself as a pioneer by unveiling the nation's first policy tailored for Global Capability Centres (GCC). This strategic initiative aims to reposition the state as a leading nexus for global innovation and business collaboration.

The Madhya Pradesh GCC Policy 2025 incorporates incentives across capital expenditure, payroll, and research domains, with specific attention to AI and cybersecurity. The policy envisions drawing more than 50 GCCs, generating over 37,000 direct jobs, and transforming tier-2 cities into innovation hubs.

With the assistance of the Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (MPSeDC) and a dedicated Policy Implementation Unit (PIU), the state is preparing for a seamless policy execution. The upcoming Global Investors' Summit is expected to further highlight the state’s economic allure, enhancing its status as a cost-effective, innovation-driven destination.
