Transport Corporation of India's Strategic Partnership Boosts Logistics in Coimbatore

Transport Corporation of India, in collaboration with Zepto, has leased 1 lakh sq ft at TVS Industrial and Logistics Parks in Coimbatore. This Grade-A facility aims to enhance their supply chain efficiency with state-of-the-art features, positioning them for growth in Coimbatore and surrounding areas.

Transport Corporation of India, in partnership with the quick commerce platform Zepto, has secured a lease for 1 lakh square feet at TVS Industrial and Logistics Parks in Coimbatore. This strategic move aims to bolster their logistics capabilities in the region, officials announced on Tuesday.

Previously, TCI had leased 75,000 square feet at the same facility for Volvo Eicher, an automobile industry leader. The newly secured built-to-suit, Grade-A industrial park is designed with advanced infrastructure to ensure improved supply chain efficiency while focusing on sustainability, according to company officials.

Aditi Kumar, Executive Director of TVS ILP, stated that, "Our partnership with TCI and Zepto highlights our commitment to providing sustainable and efficient warehousing solutions that cater to rapidly growing businesses." The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including optimized pathways and enhanced safety features, with custom modifications completed within 30 days for quick operational rollout.
