Knowledge Realty Trust, sponsored by realty giants Sattva Group and Blackstone, has raised Rs 1,620 crore from anchor investors ahead of its much-anticipated REIT public issue.
The REIT's initial public offering, which has captivated industry watchers, is slated for an August 5-7 window and seeks to generate Rs 4,800 crore by offering units priced between Rs 95 and Rs 100.
This financial strategy comes on the back of a strategic allocation worth Rs 1,200 crore from institutional investors, positioning KRT as India's largest REIT by gross asset value.
