Choice International Expands with Ayoleeza Consultants Acquisition

Choice International's subsidiary, Choice Consultancy Services, has acquired Ayoleeza Consultants, enhancing their capabilities in railway, road, and urban infrastructure advisory. This move bolsters Choice's position in the public sector consulting arena, leveraging Ayoleeza's expertise to manage large-scale infrastructure projects.

Choice International, through its subsidiary Choice Consultancy Services, announced on Tuesday the complete acquisition of advisory firm Ayoleeza Consultants. This strategic move is seen as an expansion of Choice's capabilities in providing specialized consultancy services in railways, metros, roads, and urban infrastructure across the region.

Ayoleeza Consultants, renowned for its expertise, currently oversees over Rs 200 crore in live orders, with a substantial portion operating under time-based payment contracts, ensuring dependable monthly revenue streams. Despite not disclosing the financial specifics of the acquisition, Choice International outlined the potential boost to their service delivery.

Group CEO of Choice International, Arun Poddar, underscored that the acquisition will reinforce their arm, Choice Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd, as a formidable presence in the public sector consulting field, enhancing their ability to execute large-scale infrastructure mandates, particularly in transport segments such as Railways and Metro.
