IndiGo Faces Regulatory Cutback: 5% Flight Reduction Ordered
India's aviation regulator has mandated a 5% reduction in IndiGo's planned flights to stabilize operations. IndiGo has been asked to present a revised schedule by Wednesday after the notice issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation on Monday was disclosed on Tuesday.
In a bid to stabilize operations, India's aviation regulator has ordered IndiGo to reduce its planned flights by 5% amid ongoing challenges.
The directive, dated Monday but made public on Tuesday, came from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
IndiGo is required to submit a revised schedule by Wednesday as per the regulator's instructions.
