An important find near the site of a deadly high-speed train crash in Spain could be vital in determining the cause of the disaster. Experts believe a large piece of metal discovered in the area is likely the missing bogie, an essential component for understanding the derailment.
The crash, one of the largest in Europe, occurred on Sunday night near Adamuz, resulting in at least 42 fatalities. Inaki Barron, head of the railway accident investigation body CIAF, emphasized the significance of the missing bogie. Photographs taken on Tuesday depicted the potential bogie partially submerged in a stream near the tracks.
