Applicants will need a formal invitation letter from qualified Beijing-based enterprises to qualify, according to the city's foreign affairs office statement released on Saturday.
The new visa grants multiple entries over five years, allowing visitors to stay for up to 180 days per visit, positioning it as a valuable asset for those with frequent trade and commercial interests in Beijing.
