The school celebrates these students with a flag ceremony accompanied by music from the school band, creating a sense of pride and enthusiasm.

Located in Kingaon village, approximately 30 km from the city, the Zilla Parishad school implemented this practice three months ago. By highlighting classrooms with full attendance during the assembly, the initiative has boosted attendance significantly, reaching a notable 98%, according to headmaster Mahendra Kuwar.

Deputy Commissioner Suresh Bedmutha commended the initiative, emphasizing its role in engaging students and promoting punctuality. The school's creative approach has successfully addressed previous attendance challenges, benefiting both students and teachers.
