Champa Raspeda from Malkangiri's Didayi tribe has made history by clearing NEET-2025, becoming the first in her group to do so. She secured admission to Fakir Mohan Medical College & Hospital, Balasore, a significant achievement celebrated by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.

Despite financial hardships, Champa pursued her education with determination, beginning her studies at a PVTG girls' education complex. Her journey included matriculation and science studies, further fueled by free NEET coaching with guidance from her former teacher.

The Odisha government notes a rise in educational achievements among tribal students, especially in medicine. Champa's success symbolizes empowerment and transformation within the Didayi community, driving hope and inspiration across Odisha.
