In a landmark move on Tuesday, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai unveiled the state's first space centre at Government Higher Secondary School, Rakhi village, under the 'Antariksh Sangwari' initiative. The groundbreaking project, launched in collaboration with the IDYM Foundation, aims to inculcate a scientific temper among students across the state.
Astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla, a keynote speaker at the inauguration, endorsed the state's potential, emphasizing that the energetic curiosity of Chhattisgarh's youth will be pivotal in connecting them to space science.
