In a significant move, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma announced that the state government has managed to ensure transparency in recruitment examinations, effectively ending the issue of paper leaks. Speaking at a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing event at Birla Auditorium, Sharma unveiled new opportunities for youth through foreign language skill programs.
Sharma pointed out that 351 examinations have been conducted transparently under his administration, contrasting with the previous government’s record where paper leaks were rampant. He emphasized the importance of learning foreign languages in a globalized world, suggesting that such skills can transform youth into job creators rather than job seekers.
Highlighting collaborations with key educational organizations, the Chief Minister announced training initiatives in languages like French, German, and Spanish. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan praised the focus on skills over degrees, which aligns with the National Education Policy 2020. The initiatives include the opening of a Skill India International Centre in Jaipur, aimed at expanding global employment opportunities for Indian youth.
