Gajendra Singh Shekhawat Takes Helm as Union Culture Minister
BJP leader Gajendra Singh Shekhawat has assumed the role of Union Culture Minister. Upon taking charge, he emphasized that his ministry will work towards the vision of a Viksit Bharat. Shekhawat, born in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, has been elected to the Lok Sabha multiple times, and previously served as Union Jal Shakti Minister.

BJP leader Gajendra Singh Shekhawat officially took over as the Union Culture Minister on Tuesday.
Immediately after assuming his new role, Shekhawat addressed the media, outlining his ministry's commitment to contributing towards the realization of a Viksit Bharat.
Born in 1967 in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, Shekhawat has a distinguished political career, having been elected to the 16th, 17th, and 18th Lok Sabha, most recently representing Jodhpur. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Union Jal Shakti Minister.
