Among those killed were Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh in Iran, Hamas' military wing head Mohammed Deif in Gaza, and Hezbollah Commander Fouad Shukr in Lebanon. In response, Air India canceled its Delhi-Tel Aviv flights, and at least 10 international airlines are avoiding the region's airspace due to security concerns.

The Embassy of India emphasized the need for caution and avoiding unnecessary travel within Israel. They offered 24/7 emergency contact details for assistance and mentioned they are closely monitoring the situation with Israeli authorities. This advisory follows a similar one issued by the Indian Embassy in Beirut amid escalating tensions in Lebanon.
