A controversy erupted in Pune after a local pub allegedly sent invitations containing condoms and ORS for a New Year's Eve celebration, leading to a police investigation.
The Maharashtra Pradesh Youth Congress lodged a formal complaint with Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar, calling for action against the establishment's management. The invite, which went viral, was condemned by the youth political group for clashing with Pune's cultural values.
