Empowering Young Voices: Delhi CM and Students Shape the Future

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta highlighted the critical role of the youth in nation-building during the Youth Parliament event organized by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP). Speaking to students, she urged them to contribute their ideas for the upcoming state budget.

The three-day event at NDMC Convention Centre focused on varying student communities, dedicating each day to different groups. The first day spotlighted tribal students, with discussions revolving around education, health, and cultural preservation. The second day, featuring a 'Girl's Parliament', catered to female students, while the final day will focus on students from the Northeast.

Minister of State for Tribal Affairs Durga Das Uikey addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of tribal communities in preserving Indian traditions and praised their contribution to cultural conservation. Participants engaged in something meaningful discussion on government schemes, scholarships, and skill development initiatives.
