Five drown in Kota

Five persons, including two siblings, drowned in separate incidents in the district, police said Friday.
Three friends identified as Ajay Suman (17), Nanu Goud (17) and Shubham Sharma drowned in a pond filled with rainwater Thursday evening, the police said.
While two bodies were recovered Thursday evening, the third body was found floating at a distance Friday, he said.
In another incident, two siblings Neha (12) and her brother Altamas (8) drowned in a water tank at their home on Sukait road in Ramganjmandi town of the district.
The two apparently fell into the water tank while playing and drowned, he added.
The bodies were handed over to family members late last evening after postmortem, he added.
