Ukrainian drone attack knocks out power to village in Russia's Kursk region
A Ukrainian drone attack damaged power lines in southern Russia's Kursk region and knocked out power to the village of Ponyri, regional Governor Roman Starovoit said.
Starovoit, writing on the Telegram messaging app, said the drone had been downed. Repair crews were already on site to restore power.
