Bhutan's King and Prime Minister Visited Adani's Mega Projects: Eyeing Collaboration

A high-level delegation from Bhutan, led by its King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Prime Minister Dasho Tshering Tobgay, visited Adani Group's flagship infrastructure project sites in Gujarat on Tuesday.
The visit featured a tour of Adani's 30 GW Renewable Energy site at Khavda and the largest commercial port in Mundra. In a social media post, Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani expressed immense gratitude for the visit, emphasizing Bhutan's vibrant eco-friendly initiatives and the potential for collaboration.
The discussions focused on mutual interests in hydropower, transmission lines, urban development, green hydrogen, and renewable energy. This visit highlighted the Adani Group's commitment to sustainable development and regional economic growth through strategic partnerships, including existing collaborations with Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
