BJP Criticizes TMC as Anti-Constitutional in West Bengal Chaos

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National Spokesperson, Shehzad Poonawala, has accused the Trinamool Congress (TMC) of being anti-constitutional. This comes after Congress' Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury wrote to President Droupadi Murmu about the chaotic situation in West Bengal.

In his letter, Chowdhury highlighted the emergency and anarchy in West Bengal under TMC rule, citing undeclared emergency conditions, suppression of fundamental rights, and engineered riots. Poonawala shared these points on social media, calling out the INDIA bloc's claim of safeguarding the Constitution.

Poonawala also questioned Rahul Gandhi's silence on the issue and claimed that the INDIA alliance is crumbling in several states, including Delhi and Punjab. Chowdhury's letter urged President Murmu to intervene and restore law and order in West Bengal, emphasizing the dire need for justice in the state.
