Russia attacked gas compressor stations and electric power substations in Ukraine on Monday, in addition to targeting Western arms and munitions at two Ukrainian airfields, according to a statement from Russia's defence ministry.
The ministry stated that energy facilities hit by drones and missiles were supplying power to Ukraine's military industrial complex.
