The Chairman of the All India Sufi Sajjadanashin Council, Syed Naseruddin Chishty, has expressed his commendation for the Union government and the armed forces following the success of Operation Sindoor. The mission, launched in response to a terror attack on April 22, sought justice for the women who lost their 'Sindoor' due to the violence. Chishty hailed the operation as a testament to India's unwavering commitment to eradicate terrorism, targeting key terrorist sites in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
Chishty articulated his respect for the military personnel and praised the government's decisive actions, specifically thanking the Prime Minister for understanding the nation's emotional drive. He highlighted the cultural significance of 'Sindoor' and the symbolic vengeance achieved through the operation. On Wednesday, the Indian Armed Forces executed strategic strikes on nine terror camps, including four located in Pakistan and five in PoK, all while ensuring no harm came to civilian lives or other military bases, as confirmed by defense officials.
This operation serves as India's most profound military engagement on Pakistani soil since 1971, epitomizing a meticulously calculated response that garnered widespread national approval and political unity. The coordinated effort by the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force manifested as a significant initiative to bolster national security, reviving collective pride and a reaffirmed stance against terrorism.
