Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leader Indresh Kumar has asserted that for more than 70 years, Pakistan has pursued continuous aggressive actions along India's borders. India's government is now committed to responding with equal force, envisaging a future where Pakistan may fragment under the pressure.
In an interview with ANI, Indresh Kumar stated, 'Pakistan's enduring hostility has breached Indian borders for decades. Our government remains steadfastly resolute to respond decisively, possibly foreseeing a geopolitical fracturing of Pakistan, deviating from its original formation in 1947.' In line with this, Colonel Sofiya Qureshi confirmed that India's integrated defense systems have successfully mitigated recent incursions.
Colonel Qureshi elaborated on recent military engagements, revealing targeted strikes against air defense systems within Pakistan. In retaliation for Pakistan's attempted infiltrations, India neutralized their assets to maintain regional stability. Notably, Lahore's defense network faced significant disruption amidst these actions.
During the 'Operation Sindoor' press briefing, Colonel Qureshi emphasized a disciplined, non-escalatory response. Despite attempts to engage key Indian military sites, India's advanced defense grid ensured continued regional security, averting further threats from Pakistani advances.
Meanwhile, after a devastating attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pahalgam, the Indian Armed Forces executed 'Operation Sindoor,' launching precise attacks on terrorist encampments in Pakistan and PoJK. This was seen as a necessary countermeasure following the Pahalgam incident that claimed 26 lives.
