In a heated parliamentary session, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey sharply criticized the Congress party for seeking details about India's losses of warplanes during Operation Sindoor. Dubey emphasized that the BJP-led government prioritizes national security and is committed to eradicating terrorism and reclaiming Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. He reminded members that the BJP's foundation rests on patriotism, inspired by figures like Syama Prasad Mookerjee.

Dubey contrasted past and present government attitudes toward financial aid to Pakistan, pointing out the BJP's firm stance against IMF loans post-Operation Sindoor. He highlighted that during Congress rule, such financial aids went unquestioned, whereas the BJP has taken a definitive position against it to safeguard national interests.

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh further defended Operation Sindoor, describing it as a triumph against terrorism following the Phalgam attack. Singh reprimanded the opposition for misaligning their inquiries, stating that the success of destroying terrorist infrastructure and protecting Indian soldiers should be the focal point, rather than dwelling on aircraft losses.
