ICAI Unveils International ADR Centre to Revolutionize Dispute Resolution in India

The IIAC, set to function as a Section 8 company under ICAI's guidance, represents a strategic push into the realm of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). ICAI President Charanjot Singh Nanda underscored ADR's strategic necessity in today's business environment.
