The Bharatiya Janata Party's headquarters in New Delhi witnessed a significant gathering on Tuesday as Nitin Nabin prepared to be officially announced as the party's national president.
Prominent figures including several BJP Chief Ministers — Uttarakhand's Pushkar Singh Dhami, Odisha's Mohan Charan Majhi, Haryana's Nayab Singh Saini, Rajasthan's Bhajanlal Sharma, and Chhattisgarh's Vishnu Deo Sai — arrived to mark the occasion. Joining them were Rajasthan Deputy CM Diya Kumari, Union Minister and outgoing BJP president JP Nadda, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath, and ministers S Jaishankar and Kiren Rijiju.
The party headquarters, adorned in celebration, highlighted the party's direction under Nabin's leadership. BJP MP Manan Kumar Mishra emphasized the strategic choice of a youthful leader, expressing optimism about the party's future achievements. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh are expected to endorse Nabin's presidency as they attend the formal announcement event.
