The strategy involves making them self-reliant, a focal point of the budget expected to exceed last year's allocation of Rs 3,17,000 crores.

In a bid to secure better income for farmers and boost employment, the administration is set to transition agriculture into agro-industries. As articulated by Minister Jaiswal, these measures reaffirm the government's commitment to transforming Bihar into the nation's fastest-developing state.
