Kenya Airways passengers are encountering significant delays of up to four hours for departures out of Nairobi's main airport, the airline announced on Tuesday.
The delays are a result of air traffic control issues, stemming from a strike by members of the Kenya Aviation Workers Union. The strike commenced on Monday amid a labor dispute with the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority.
Travellers have been advised to check their flight status and prepare for possible disruptions as negotiations between the Union and the Authority continue.
