Amid global turmoil marked by the ongoing West Asia conflict, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reiterated his call for citizens to reduce their reliance on foreign imports, urging adherence to the 'vocal for local' initiative. He highlighted how global supply chains are reeling from disruptions and soaring prices.
Addressing an event, Modi noted that the West Asia crisis is among this decade's most significant challenges, akin to previous crises like the COVID-19 pandemic. He assured that just as India navigated through COVID, it would weather this storm by working collectively.
