Vodafone CEO: looking at a range of options for Italy

Vodafone's chief executive said the Italian market would benefit from consolidation and the company is looking at a range of options for its business there.

The Italian market is challenging, Chief Executive Margherita Della Valle told reporters on Tuesday after the telecoms group reported an acceleration in quarterly service revenue, but added that Vodafone's position in Italy was "very different" from Spain, which it is exiting.
